Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled or modified within a short time after being placed.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@lumorasonline.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Subscriptions
If a product is offered as a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are items that are not yet in stock but available for purchase.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If a product is offered as “try before you buy,” your payment method may be authorized before shipment.
You will have a set period to return the item. If the item is not returned within that timeframe, your payment method will be charged.
