At Lumora’s, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos to assist with the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Undelivered Orders:
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the date of shipment, you may request a refund or replacement.
Approved Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
